The following terms and conditions govern your use of the UGO autonomous marketing system. By accessing or using our automated content publishing and SEO services, you agree to these terms.
This document outlines our operational policies and does not constitute legal advice.
Refers to UGO, a division of Boss Up Solutions, the provider of the autonomous marketing system and automated content infrastructure.
Refers to the business owner, agency owner, or authorized representative accessing the platform to generate and manage marketing activity.
01 Governing law
These terms, as well as any disputes arising from your use of the system, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Delaware for the resolution of any legal matters.
02 Payment processing & authorization
All credit card, debit, and subscription payment processing is securely handled by our authorized third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. Payment credentials are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on UGO servers.
By completing a checkout or establishing a subscription, you authorize Stripe to charge your designated payment method for the selected autonomous marketing services based on the agreed billing cycle.
03 Refund policy
UGO provides immediate, fully autonomous content generation, structural SEO analysis, and publishing automation. Due to the digital nature of these services and the immediate execution of server-side generation tasks, all sales are final.
If you encounter technical issues or have inquiries regarding your account standing, all billing disputes and adjustments are handled transparently via the Stripe Customer Portal.
04 Subscriptions & cancellation
Recurring billing applies to all active plans. We believe in providing value through autonomy rather than locking users into unnecessary long-term contracts.
UGO Autopilot and UGO Authority are month-to-month or annual software plans with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time via the UGO dashboard or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
UGO Concierge is different. Because Concierge includes hands-on human setup, management, and optimization, it requires a 12-month agreement and a one-time $999 Launch & Optimization fee. The launch fee is non-refundable once onboarding work has commenced. Concierge cancellation terms are governed by your signed agreement.
Voice call usage, third-party platform fees, custom development, and any work outside the defined scope of your plan are billed separately.
05 Acceptable use
UGO is engineered to build, plan, and publish your marketing efficiently. To maintain system performance and network health, users must utilize the system responsibly.
You shall not engage in:
- Data scraping or unauthorized extraction from our systems
- Generation of unlawful, deceptive, or explicitly prohibited content
- Mass spamming via our automated publishing networks
- Any activity that compromises our system integrity
- Any activity that violates the terms of connected third-party social platforms
You remain responsible for the content published under your connected accounts. UGO provides approval controls, and you are encouraged to review content before it publishes. Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
