What is UGO?

UGO is self-service content software for owners and small teams. It brings Brand DNA, monthly planning, social posts, blog articles, local service-area content, review, and supported publishing into one workflow. An owner or marketer still sets the direction, checks accuracy, finishes connections, and reviews results.

Who is UGO for?

UGO is for businesses people hire locally, especially those that rely on trust and need to stay familiar between jobs, appointments, and conversations.

  • Home-service companies: roofers, HVAC teams, plumbers, landscapers, and cleaners can explain services, share seasonal tips, and add their own project photos.
  • Real estate agents: independent agents and local teams can share helpful buyer and seller content, local topics, and business updates. Review market facts, listing details, permissions, and applicable professional requirements before publishing.
  • Appointment-based businesses: salons, barbers, auto detailers, and fitness studios can explain their offers and answer common customer questions.

Agencies and marketers can also use UGO in client-content workflows. Confirm account setup, per-client plans, permissions, and limits for that use.

What do the paid content plans include?

  • UGO Autopilot, $149/month: 30 social posts, 5 blog articles, and 2 local service-area pages per month, with brand tools, planning, approvals, and reporting.
  • UGO Authority, $299/month: everything in Autopilot, with about 60 social posts per month, daily blog articles, expanded keyword and service-area coverage, and advanced visibility analysis.

The free plan has limited features and requires no credit card to start. Paid-plan quantities are not free-tier promises. Additional tools, credits, usage limits, and formats vary by account and plan. Review the current offer and billing terms before purchasing.

How should a small business choose a content plan?

Start with the amount of useful content you can review and keep accurate. Autopilot is $149/month; Authority is $299/month. Compare the current quantities and limits on the pricing page, then consider your available photos, expertise, publishing connections, and review capacity. More content is not automatically better content.

If you mainly need ongoing social posts and blog articles, consider the UGO software workflow. If you also need lead conversations and follow-up, review the separate BUMS.ai offer. If you need someone to implement or manage the work with you, discuss a separately scoped Boss Up Solutions service. See UGO versus agency support and the setup and review process.

How does publishing work?

Review your Brand DNA, choose monthly offers and goals, and check the content calendar. Connect supported social and blog destinations. Your approval, scheduling, and automation settings determine what publishes. Keep checking accuracy, relevance, and connection health.

Social setup shows options for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, TikTok, and YouTube. An available connection is not a promise that every format is supported. Core content is image and text; video creation and publishing are not promised by these content plans. Confirm format and beta availability in your account.

Blog setup offers WordPress, BUMS/HighLevel, Wix, API, and webhook routes, plus a hosted-blog option that requires setup. A listed integration or workspace may still require configuration and the appropriate account access.

How do UGO, BUMS, and Boss Up fit together?

UGO helps you show up with recurring social and blog content. BUMS.ai is the optional path for follow-up, conversations, workflows, and Voice AI. Boss Up Solutions provides separately scoped hands-on setup, implementation, and support. UGO does not require a full BUMS subscription. Review each service's current scope, availability, and terms separately.

Common questions

Does UGO replace an agency or marketing team?

UGO helps with recurring content production and publishing. It does not replace every strategy, advertising, sales, or customer-service responsibility. Compare software with managed services by the work included and the work your team will still do. Hands-on Boss Up help is separate.

Can I review content before it publishes?

Yes. Review and edit content, then use the approval and scheduling options available in your account. Update Brand DNA when your business changes. Do not assume every individual edit automatically retrains future content.

Does UGO guarantee rankings or leads?

No. Useful, accurate content can help people understand your business, but reach, rankings, AI-answer inclusion, leads, and revenue are not guaranteed. Search and visibility workspaces provide available insights and recommendations. Listings audits and checklists organize manual follow-through; they do not automatically correct every listing.

How is it different from a general AI assistant?

UGO organizes a business-specific content workflow around brand information, a calendar, media, review, and supported publishing. General AI assistants can be useful for broader research and writing. Compare the workflow, connections, and limits you need rather than assuming one tool replaces all the others.
